When will my order arrive?

Upon confirming your order we proceed to manufacture it within 2-4 working days. Following this, your parcel will be dispatched via DHL, DPD, USPS, or Royal Mail based on the dimensions of your purchase and your location.

Expect delivery within the UK to take 2-4 working days post-dispatch.

Expect delivery within the EU to span 4-6 working days post-dispatch.

Expect delivery to the US to take around 4-6 working days post-dispatch.

Where is my order dispatched from?

We have manufacturing offices in the UK, EU, and US. We’ll dispatch your order from the closest site to ensure swift delivery.

What’s your policy on returns?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will provide a complete refund if it was damaged in transit. Items must be sent back within 14 days; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Ensure the product is undamaged and returned via a traceable service. 

How do I arrange a return?

I’ve made a mistake and need to alter my order

We aim to start production swiftly once an order is approved. If you require any amendments to your order, please reach out promptly. Unfortunately, changes cannot be accommodated once production has commenced.

Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?

As our production is based the UK, EU and US, we dispatch orders locally which typically exempts them from customs import duties and also expedites delivery times.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Absolutely! Larger orders, particularly for corporate clients, are eligible for discounts. Please get in touch for more details.
